Swanairé Shipping Policy
At Swanairé, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted jewelry with care and in a timely manner. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time:
Each Swanairé piece is made to order with attention to detail. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates:
We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Free on orders over $75.
• USPS Ground Advantage: $3.79 for 2-5 days delivery.
•USPS Media Mail: $4.63 for 2-8 business days delivery.
• USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days: $6.64
•USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 business days (U.S.): A flat rate of $26.35
• International Shipping: Available with First Class International at a flat rate of $31. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but typically take between 7-21 business days.
Please note, shipping times may vary due to unforeseen delays, such as customs or carrier delays, which are out of our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders):
Swanairé is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred on international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
Missing or Delayed Orders:
